One of the few original houses which still can be found in some Galician fishing villages, at the side of the sea, in the actual port, in the middle of the new buildings, and at a few hundred meters from the local beach and, in the other direction, at similar distance to the sailing club, in an unbeatable location, close to all the services and restaurants. You can walk everywhere and car is not essential.

On top of this, there is a good size pool ( about 12 x 5 m of irregular shape) in the enclosed garden with high fence/hedges all around for privacy.

It really is a large comfortable dettached building, with a large terrace in the front, looking to the port. Furniture is old fashioned and goes with the original character of these old houses.

Street level: Large Terrace ( about 3 x 9 m), living/dinning room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, one bathroom and a toilet.

Basement: Storage room, with a canoe available to guests.

Outside: Mature garden ( total site of 540 m2), with pool. Porch to seat outside at the shade.

Owner has a sailing boat in which sometimes offer trips to guests. Please inquire.

At 35 min. drive is the historical city of Santiago de Compostela.

Beautiful sandy beaches are found all around this area, including the local beach in this town.
