This is a large villa in the Ría de Pontevedra. It is a beautiful area, very popular with Spanish tourists and just over 40 minutes from Santiago along the motorway. The villa is located 1 kilometre from San Xenxo a busy little fishing port and ten minutes from the historical city of Pontevedra. One of te many marvellous beaches of the area is just 400m from the house.
The villa is divided in two units and each one has four bedrooms ( two double and two twins, one of the double has a bathroom ensuite), another bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen and a living room.
Each unit has a spacious kitchen, with dishwasher and microwave. Also the living room/ dining room is bright and comfortable with views over the garden.
Each unit has a terrace ideal to eat 'al fresco' with great views over the pool and the sea inlet. The terrace in first floor is large enough to gather all the people around a table.
On the ground floor there is a garage and storage space for garden furniture.
