Located at 4 Km from Santiago de Compostela, in a small rural town with views over a valley.

Outside there is a private parking place, with space for several cars, and a beautiful garden, with a fountain and deep well.

There are two other building beside the main house; one is for a large size pool ( 11x5 m) heated, and the other the guests' house.

In front of the guests' house there is a tennis court equipped with lights to play at night.

YOU CAN RENT THE MAIN HOUSE OR ONLY THE GUEST HOUSE, OR BOTH, but whatever the case, you WILL HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE GROUNDS AND NO OTHER PEOPLE WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY. This means that if for example, you only rent the guest house ( up to 6 people), the main house will be kept closed, but you will have access for use of kitchen and dinning area in ground floor of main building, and you will have full exclusive use of the grounds, including the pool and the tennis court for the price of a standard holiday home.

Inside the main building, going up a few stairs, you go into the main floor, where you have a fabulous kitchen ( around 30 m2), a luxurious living room (around 60 m2), a double bedroom and a bathroom.

In the first floor there is the main bedroom (around 30 m2, with double bed, sitting area), with bathroom ensuite ( about 15 m2, bath tube with hidrojets, independent shower), and dressing room; and a twin bedroom ( around 30 m2) with twin beds, suitable for children, bathroom ensuite (with shower) and dressing room.

In the bottom floor, at ground level, there is another living room with a bureau, a large dinning area with facilities for cooking, which connects directly to the patio & garden outside, a service room which can be equipped with a bed, and a toilet.

All the house is built at the highest quality level, using granite for the walls, marble for low level floors, oak & chestnut for doors, wardrobes and timber floors, and luxurious furniture.
