It is located in the village of Santa Cruz, Oleiros, at 12 Km from A Corunna, in one of the best residential areas, with everything at hand, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. There are two beaches at walking distance ( 1 Km or less).

The house has three levels, basement, ground floor and upper floor.

In the basement guests will have access to garage for 2 cars, laundry room and gym.

In ground floor there is a porch with small table and chairs, large living room, with billiard table, anexe sitting room, for reading or resting, fully fitted kitchen, with storage room, a bathroom with shower, one double bedroom and a gallery at the back with table &chairs plus a large sofa with a low table.
