Comfortable villa in beautiful rural residential setting, 4 miles from Santiago, and close to the local village of Milladoiro, with full shopping facilities, fitness centre, etc. within easy travelling distance of magnificent unpolluted beaches, has a secluded garden with high hedges, trees, swimming pool at the back, barbecue.

On ground floor there is the garage (for two cars, entrance by the rear), a toilet, a family room with fire place, and the sun-lounge overlooking the pool.

On first floor (only a few steps by the main entrance), there is a fully fitted kitchen, a comfortable living room with large TV set, and three bedrooms with two bathrooms ( one double ensuite, another double and a twin).

On upper floor (attic; slanted ceilings) there is a full apartment with one double bedroom on your left, a bathroom in front and another double bedroom with an study room at your right. These two last rooms are connected and they have no doors, but courtains and one folding screen.

There is a small town at just 5 min walk, with a bar, a restaurant, a baquery,...Fitness center at another 15 min walk.

Cleaning lady ( 2h M,W,F) to look after bathrooms, kitchen and outside, including pool maintenance.

Garden maintenance included. linen provided. Ideal for family holidays.

Outside: barbecue, garden, parking, swimming pool, terrace

Suitability: children welcome, smoking only in certain areas.

Local Activities: cycling, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, swimming, tennis, walking.

Please note that arrival time is after 4 pm; departure time before 11 am.

Nearest airport: Santiago de Compostela (SCQ). About 12 miles from the house.

Comments: There is an old white boxer dog (Golfo) which is kept in his own enclosure (small garden area with dog-cabin and a wire fence). It is very quiet and because of his age can not be moved away. Cleaning lady will look after him.
